The LM Series, closed circuit washing system, was designed as a multi-tank system capable of yielding large quantities for high levels of production; the CS Series, also closed circuit with single basket system, is appropriate for diversified types of productions and offers greater flexibility. For any type of product that requires cleaning (raw materials, unfinished products, or finished products), AMA Universal is able to suggest the most suitable system. From the simplest degreasing to a thorough in depth wash, from cleaning and removing contaminated residue from flat surfaces to eliminating residue from hollows or dead holes, while consistently guaranteeing the quality of cleaning and drying expected.

SINGLE- BASKET SYSTEM

The loading basket, carefully custom made to conform to the specific needs of our clients, can rotate, oscillate or remain static within the washing chamber. The washing cycle can be either hot, cold or immersion type aided by the ultrasound device (optional), while drying can be obtained either though air circulation or with the vacuuming system.

MULTIPLE - BASKET SYSTEM

The loading baskets, carefully custom made to conform to the specific needs of our clients, can either rotate or gyrate within the washing chamber. The washing cycle can be carried out hot, cold or by immersion with the aid of the ultrasound device (optional), while drying can be obtained either though air circulation or vacuuming system.
